The respect for human rights defined by international conventions and declarations includes all the families of our employees and all those we deal with on a daily basis, from public to private sectors.

 

In addition to the respect for workers' rights, for the agreements signed with union organizations and for the principles on which the safety of workers are based, we have always been very supportive to the families of our workers. In the early years of the twentieth century, we created the “Social City”, an innovative district made of houses for our employees and their families, based on cultural, leisure and sport activities.
