Sustainability, digitalization and creativity.

These were the main themes of “Milano Unica, where there was also talk about SUSTAINABLE INNOVATION, as anticipated in last February's edition, together with an emphasis on manufacturing processes, selection of raw materials, and interaction between sustainability and creativity.

Today’s challenge is to produce beautiful, creative, innovative fabrics and accessories with sustainability as an added value.

Interesting news from the digital industry, where Nazzareno Mengoni talked about start-up empowerment, introducing “START UP BOOTCAMP, his project for young entrepreneurs, and Edoardo Zegna spoke of textile digitalization, explaining the urgent need for brands to communicate the traceability of their products investing in marketing and digital innovation, from the creation of digital fabrics and virtual fashion shows to on-line customization.

Marzotto showed its alignment with the times presenting a F/W 2020-21 collection that touched on all these themes: the ORGANIC PROJECT, made of green, socially responsible and certified fabrics and URBAN FUNCTIONALITY, with six different collections made of performing fabrics that meets every criterion of style and comfort for the needs of the contemporary man.

All this complemented by a fabric digitalization project.

A positive and propositional attitude for a sustainable future, without renouncing creativity.
